Description

The aim of the brazing process is to assembly two or more components using special brazing materials and an under vacuum oven.

SMF has a separate clean room dedicated to the brazing processes where the parts are prepared for the brazing process. In other words the parts are put together with the brazing materials in the right quantity and in the areas indicated by the cycle. Furthermore at the end of the thermal cycle in the under vacuum Oven, SMF performs a final careful control of the brazing areas to verify the effective fusion of the brazing materil and the insertion of the brazing material by capillarity in the expected areas in order to confirm the results of the brazing process.
